1. What currency are the prices displayed in on the site?

All prices on Lunvra are displayed in GBP (£ - British Pounds Sterling).

If you are purchasing from a UK-based bank or payment provider, you will be charged in GBP with no additional currency conversion fees.


2. When will my order be shipped?

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow:

📦 Processing Time: 2-9 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
🚚 Shipping Time: 7-20 business days for standard delivery across the UK.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

🔹 Tracking numbers may take up to 6 days to activate after dispatch.
🔹 If you haven't received a tracking number after 7 business days, please contact us at Support@Lunvra.com.

PS: The average total time for processing and shipping is 6 days before customers place and receive their order. This is an estimate and may vary based on location and order volume.


3. Can I return my order if I’m not happy with it?

Yes! We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
With all original tags and packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the item is defective or incorrect, please contact us with clear photos before sending it back.

4. Can I cancel or modify my order?

We allow order cancellations within 10 minutes of purchase.

🔹 If your order has already been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return it once received for a refund.


5. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you accidentally entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at Support@Lunvra.com with the correct details.

Address corrections can be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes, and we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
