Return & Refund Policy – Lunvra

At Lunvra, we are committed to providing a positive shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy under the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Items must have all original tags attached and be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at Support@Lunvra.com.

Important:

  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Returns must be sent to our authorized warehouses located in Asia (China, Bangladesh, Singapore, etc.).

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the return is trackable.

  • If a return package is lost and tracking is not provided, we cannot process a refund.


2. Return Process

To return an item:

  1. Contact us at Support@Lunvra.com with your order number, reason for return, and proof of purchase.

  2. Await approval and return instructions from our support team.

  3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping service to the address provided.

  4. Send us the tracking details immediately after shipping.

Once received and inspected, eligible returns will be refunded.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • Lost or untracked returns cannot be refunded.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged or incorrect, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@Lunvra.com.

  • Provide a detailed description and clear photos of the issue.

Upon verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A refund (if a replacement is not available).

Minor variations in color, texture, or size due to lighting, screen settings, or manual measurements are not considered defects.


5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Beauty and personal care products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, gases)

  • Gift cards and final sale items

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • To exchange an item, follow the return process for the original item.

  • Place a new order for the desired item separately.


7. European Union (EU) Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was delivered to an EU address, you have the legal right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • In original packaging with tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


8. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it by contacting Support@Lunvra.com.

  • After 10 minutes, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.


9. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank processing times may cause additional delays outside of our control.

If more than 15 business days have passed after approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@Lunvra.com.
