  • We/Us/Our: Lunvra, operating from Norway, serving primarily customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union.

You will be notified and refunded in full if your order is canceled.

7. Shipping & Fulfilment

  • Warehouses: Orders ship from our facilities in China, Bangladesh, and Singapore.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated 7–20 business days after processing.

  • Shipping Fees: Free shipping on all orders.

  • Regions Served: UK and select EU countries.

  • Delays: Customs, public holidays, or carrier issues may affect delivery.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 10 minutes of placing.

  • After 10 minutes, cancellations are no longer possible as processing begins.

To cancel, contact Support@Lunvra.com immediately with your order number.

9. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns: Accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Beauty products, perishables, custom goods, hazardous materials, and gift cards.

  • Return Locations: Returns must be sent to one of our designated Asian warehouses.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds: Processed within 10 business days after inspection.

10. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, designs, photos, text, and software) is owned by Lunvra or licensed to us.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lunvra is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Lost profits, data, or business interruptions.

  • Delays or failures outside our control.
