We offer Free Shipping on all orders.

Estimated Delivery Times

Our delivery timeframe includes both processing and shipping:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–9 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of order confirmation.

  • Shipping Time: Once processed, orders typically arrive within 7–20 business days.

📦 Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, local courier delays, and other external factors. While we strive for timely delivery, exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.


Order Cancellation Policy

To maintain fast processing, we operate a strict cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled 10 minutes of purchase.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations after this window will incur a £30 fee per item, as processing and shipping may already be underway.

To cancel your order, email Support@Lunvra.com immediately with your order number.


Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

  • Tracking Availability: It may take up to 6 days for tracking information to update after shipment.

  • How to Track: Use the tracking link provided in your confirmation email to monitor your delivery.

Restrictions:
